Note to those linked here from AO3: I don't make any money off of fanfictions I post on the site. I don't offer beta reading, early access, polls, or any other perks in exchange for money from my readers. All of my fanfiction is produced entirely for free, because I love the works I write about.

Commission Information

You really like my work that much?! I’m flattered! I’m not currently offering art commissions, but I am offering writing and editing commissions!

Writing

My writing rate is 5 cents per word. That’s around $40 for 800 words, or 2 to 4 pages of writing depending on the spacing and font size. I will write SFW or NSFW pieces, including kink-focused pieces. I will not write or edit works involving the sexualization of minors. Other kinks and subjects commonly thought of as “heavy” are generally allowed, but I reserve the right to turn down a commission I’m not comfortable with. I will not write your homework for you, but I will edit either a rough or final draft.

Editing

Examples of each type of editing can be provided upon request, to protect the privacy of my previous clients. Prices offered are per word:

Copyediting: 1 cent for fiction, 2 cents for nonfiction. Copyediting involves checking for mistakes in punctuation, spelling, grammar, and formatting. This also includes checking for stylistic/formatting consistency and, optionally, accessibility concerns.
Line editing: 2 cents for fiction, 3 cents for nonfiction. Line editing includes copyediting, plus suggestions for issues like awkward sentence structure, staggered flow, and wordy and repetitive sections.
Developmental editing: 3 cents for fiction, 4 cents for nonfiction. Developmental editing is the most involved form of editing. It involves much more commentary and markup from my side. I include feedback on strong points in addition to weak points: things like characterization, setting and plot consistency, tone, pacing, tension, and organization. In addition to marking up the document directly, I’ll also provide a summary of my findings and suggestions. This is a much more involved process, and admittedly I can get a bit carried away- it’s my favorite type of editing, so you’ll get a lot out of it! The whole process can also involve more of a back-and-forth dialogue with you as the writer, if you’d like.

I’m willing to discuss prices and discounts, especially if you’ve got a longer piece for me to look over! I prefer using PayPal for payments, but other options are available upon request.
